Kay Buckley Perfect Circles and scissors are perfect for appliqué. I have had my circle set for years. I used the small circles for Jen Kingwell’s, Happy Happy block. A good pair of scissors makes such a difference in quilting. Kay Buckley scissors have a micro serrated blade which helps prevents fraying. They come in a variety of sizes and have a nifty plastic cover.
